As off writing this review, I have taken these capsules for a week. The changes I have noticed in myself were subtle at first but became more profound as each day went by. I take 1 or 2 per day. I am 52 years old and a night shift nurse battling depression and fatigue. I am functioning much better and I’m very grateful for this product. Simply I feel I’m waking up

I was very skeptical of the mushrooms to begin with. It was my step mum who suggested this specifically as they were organic and from a local Oregon supplier. So far I’m feeling much better. Highly recommend
