Q: How do you package my shipment?
A: We understand that most people require discretion. So, we use generic prepaid envelopes or a plain white box to package your items. We then vacuum-seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you are taking magic mushrooms or other psychedelic products so no nosy neighbors would know it is anything other than a regular package from the post office.

A: Yes! We ship to all the states in the USA. Shipping normally takes 1-4 business days depending on how farther your state is from Oregon. All orders ship with a tracking number.

A: We offer free fast shipping on all orders over $199. Orders under $199 are charged a $15 flat rate shipping fee or $30 for express shipping. All orders are shipped and come with a tracking number. Once shipped, your expected delivery date is usually within 1-4 business days within the US.

A: Yes! The cut-off time for same-day shipping is at 3:30 PM, Mondays through Fridays. All orders processed and fully paid before the cut-off time is shipped on the same day. Orders received past the cut-off time, will be included in the next shipping schedule. No shipping during holidays.

A: Normally packages get a transit time of one to four business days to most areas of the country. Actual delivery times depend on origin, destination, weather conditions, and other factors. If you believe your order is stuck or lost, please leave us an email, and we are glad to help you.
Q: How do you guarantee the arrival of my order?
A: We make sure that the shipping address matches the information you have provided in your order form. A tracking ID is also provided so you can track the delivery status online. We do not have control over the packages once they are shipped. We never had an issue with missing or stolen packages. We only get delays at most, due to a mismatch of postal code or incorrect address.
Optional: Add a signature for $2.00 and get full liability coverage for your packages. The name and signature of the person who received the package will be included in the delivery certificate. Reshipping is 100% guaranteed in the event of a lost or stolen package.

A: If your order is too large to fit into your regular size mailbox it will be delivered to a postal outlet. If you do not have your real name on the delivered package then you won't be able to pick it up as Identification will be required.
